Gas Prices Update 10/29/08

Time for another gas prices update!  Looks like things are still going down, which is good news.  Hopefully this trend continues.

Now I don’t mean to be a pessimist, but chances are that we’ll see high prices again in the coming months.  You’ve probably noticed that in the spring and summer prices tend to rise.  Who knows how high they’ll go in 2009!

Here are the lowest prices across the country:

Oklahoma - $2.103
Iowa - $2.176
Kansas - $2.201
Minnesota - $2.206
Missouri - $2.219
Arkansas - $2.228
Ohio - $2.262
Texas - $2.268
Mississippi - $2.282
North Dakota - $2.319

As you can see, it looks like it’s a good time to live in the Mid-West!  Prices here in Utah are still in the $2.70-$2.80 range.  Good thing I consistently use my gas additives to save 10-20% on my gas bill.

The great thing about using a fuel additive is that no matter what the local price is, I still spend less overall because my gas lasts longer.  If you haven’t started using these products, you should start!

Prices Continue to Fall With Economic Woes

If you’ve watched the news at all you know that things are getting pretty crazy out there.  With the DOW going down all the time and other worries, you never know what the future is going to be like.  But the good news is that gas prices have continued to fall through all of this.  Of course that doesn’t mean that they can’t go up again, but here are the current top 10 lowest states according to GasBuddy.com:

Oklahoma - $3.07
Kansas - $3.070
Iowa - $3.070
Minnesota - $3.070
Missouri - $3.070
Ohio - $3.070
North Dakota - $3.070
New Jersey - $3.070
Nebraska - $3.070
Arkansas - $3.070

This is the first time in quite a while that we’ve seen prices dipping below the $3 mark. Hopefully your state will get to that point if it hasn’t already!

With all the worries in the financial market, now is the time to start doing everything you can to save money in all areas. Now’s the time to start using proven fuel additives and gas additives to save everything you can on gas prices.  Chances are that the prices will go up again.  So get used to using these great products today!
